You'll get all of the convenience of an ATM Card, plus the advantage of worldwide acceptance at millions of locations that accept the Visa debit card for payment.
Using the United Check Card is just like writing a check -- without the hassles of check approvals, producing identification, or "No Checks Accepted" signs. It's as easy as using a credit card, but without the month-end bills.
It Looks Like a Credit Card, but Works Like a Check
While the VISA emblem ensures ready acceptance, it's not a credit card. The funds are automatically deducted from your checking account just as if you had written a check. You'll get a receipt for each purchase, and each transaction will appear separately on your monthly bank statement.

United Bank ATM Card
With a United Bank ATM card, you have access to your funds around the clock, wherever you are. There is no charge to obtain your card, and no charge to get cash, check your balance, or transfer funds at any United Bank Automated Teller Machine.
For added convenience, your United ATM card is also accepted anywhere you see the STAR or CIRRUS® emblems, so you can take your bank with you as you travel across town or around the world, at more than 100,000 ATMs, and at thousands of merchant locations accepting STAR.
For Your Convenience, PIN Change is available at United Bank ATMs.
This new feature allows United ATM and Check Card holders the convenience and flexibility to change your PIN any time!
All you have to do is:
- Insert your card at a United Bank ATM and enter the original PIN.
- The next screen that appears will have an option to “Change PIN”.
- Select “Change PIN” and enter your new PIN.
- A prompt will ask you to re-enter your new PIN.
Only one successful PIN change will be allowed in a 24-hour period.
This service is not available at United Bank off-premise ATMs.
